All Full-Conference Registrants are encouraged to attend the social events that are scheduled every day, including our Thursday Opening Reception, the always-popular Friday night Exhibit Fair and Strolling Dinner; and a variety of sponsored meals and events. Some sponsorships may still be available.
The CAPG Annual Conference 2017 takes place at the Manchester Grand Hyatt, 1 Market Place, San Diego, California. Please see click here for details and hotel registration information.
Badges are required for all attendees and guests and are mandatory for admission to all events for which you are registered.
Dress for the conference is business casual.
Private Hospitality Events:
No hospitality event or other activity may be scheduled at the Conference without express permission from CAPG. Any such scheduling will result in cancellation of the event and forfeiture of any deposits for food and beverage orders. (CAPG members, please see below for retreat information.)
Registration cancellations received in writing by June 8, 2017 will be subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after June 8. Sponsorship and Exhibitor cancellations received in writing by May 18, 2017, will be subject to a $500 fee, and separate attendee registration cancellations will be subject to a $50 fee. No refunds can be made after May 18, 2017. For hotel cancellations, please see the Hotel Information section on page 15.
CAPG Member Retreats:
Are you a CAPG member attending the Annual Conference? We invite you to hold your board retreat or other organizational meeting

We welcome all adult Conference registrants at the CAPG Bowling Tournament, Thursday June 22, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm, East Village Tavern and Bowl. $75 per player, including fees, shoes and refreshments; limited to first 80 players signed up. Registration opens at 10:00 am. No tournament refunds are available, but player substitutions are accepted.
Family Program Information:
For Spouses and Non-Industry/Adult Guests we offer full conference pass ($360 each); Friday full-day pass ($260 each); and Friday night only pass ($160 each). Your pass will entitle you to all meals, general sessions and evening events for the date and period for which your pass covers. Please note that a Conference primary registrant may only purchase a single Spouse/Non-Industry Adult Guest pass.
Babysitting and Youth Programs are offered at various times on Friday and until 2 pm Saturday; Teen Party is offered Friday night only ($75 per child per session). The children activities and monitoring are provided by KiddieCorp, a premier provider of event children's program services.
